“Work like you don't need money, Love like you've never been hurt, And dance like no one's watching." -Satchel Paige
I have the privilege of helping a broad range of participants find balance and peace through challenges such as depression, anxiety, loneliness, trauma, and low self-esteem. With respectful collaboration and finding your unique sources of inspiration, you will explore realistic goals to meet and maintain. These goals can include improved relationships (with yourself, your partner, your family, with your community), vocational/educational pursuits, mental health/addictions recovery, and holistic wellness.
Therapy will intervene to tap into your highest dreams and deepest self. The heights and depths of your truest vision is realized through a series of shorter term improvements. We will work with your learning styles, your abilities, your barriers, your connections, and your questions to create the foundation for change. Your desires for trust, self-esteem, positive worldview, health, connectedness, life patterns, and communication are your tools we access to empower you as a change agent
