Kathryn Schwartz, MSW

“The hardest times for me were not when people challenged what I said, but when I felt my voice was not heard.” -Carol Gilligan

Whether you are feeling down, anxious, scared, shameful, confused, or lonely, therapy can be a pathway to relief. As your therapist, my goal is to guide, support, and empower your voice in a judgment-free environment. I strive to support you in defining and attaining your goals. Treatment typically evolves from assessment, so I urge you to take the first step: Give me a call and see how we can get started.
