We know that being a parent is one of the hardest jobs in the world yet most of us enter parenthood ill-equipped for the trials and tribulations of raising little people.

Employing the S.T.E.P. parenting education program, an evidence based, interactive approach to learning that has been widely acclaimed for its effectiveness and sensibility, we help you find a parenting style that fits both you and your child, gain a better understand of your child’s behavior, and learn a wealth of positive, effective parenting skills.

The 7-week curriculum is a supportive place to meet with other parents just like you who are wanting to be the best parents they can be. You will learn the difference between praise and encouragement, discipline that makes sense and communication and problem-solving skills, to name a few.

Systemic Training for Effective Parenting (STEP) could be your answer to an empathic and effective approach to parenting. More than three million people throughout the United States, Canada, and other countries have participated in STEP since it was introduced more than twenty five years ago. It is the most widely used parenting education program in the country, and has proven to be successful in countless research studies.

STEP is structured as a series of seven weekly classes for parents in which you’ll learn how other parents deal with parenting concerns like yours. Stimulating topics are covered in the reading and video segments introduced in each session.
